This allows our specialists to get acquainted with the case in advance and prepare the most optimal diagnostics plan.
The required medical records contain all the relevant information for making the diagnostics plan, including:
- Filled in preliminary information form
- Filled in consent form
- Medical reports
- Pathological conclusion
- Laboratory results
- Information about the prior cancer treatment
- Imaging studies
- Health condition, other diseases
